Your primary role will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored banking solutions to enhance their financial well-being. Your understanding of the digital banking landscape and the ability to cater to clients’ needs effectively will be key in driving our growth and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients by providing superior customer service and tailored financial advice.
  • Identify business opportunities by understanding the specific needs of clients and proposing bank products and services that meet their financial objectives.
  • Manage client accounts and respond to client queries with accuracy and urgency.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital banking trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and service to clients.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings in Mandarin to ensure clear communication and understanding with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.


  • Proven sales experience of at least one year; experience in the banking sector preferred, but outstanding candidates with sales experience in Chinese companies are also welcome to apply.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for relationship-building.
  • Capability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
