Together, let’s make the most of our energy and resources!As Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing tax returns, conducting tax research, and providing tax advice to the organization. Additional, you may also assist with tax planning and audits.Qualifications

  • Having Good Behavior and Attitude.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in fiscal, accounting or finance.
  • Having relevant experiences with minimum 3 years as staff or 2 years experiences as Supervisor in tax compliance from MNC Companies with several entities, preferred from Manufacturing or Trading/Retail companies, or having 3 years experiences from well-known Tax Consultant is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills are required to communicate with Global or Regional Overseas Intragroup Companies.
  • Deep knowledge of tax laws and regulations to handle monthly WHT (Art. 23/26, Art. 4(2), Art. 25), VAT, Prepaid Tax (Art. 22 & Art. 23).
  • Expertise to operate eSPT, eBupot (Unification), eFiling, and DJP Online.
  • Good analytical on Financial Statement, Good knowledge on Accounting Process & Journal Flow particularly related to Tax Accounts.
  • Experience to operate SAP and/or Oracle Accounting System.
  • Experience to handle Cross-Border Transaction and/or Related Party Transaction and having deep knowledge of DGT Form, Notification of CbCr and TP Documentation.
  • Well understanding on Import (PIB) & Export (PEB) Transaction, Free Trade Zone or Bonded Zone, Incoterm, and endorsement of PPBJ.
  • Good experience on preparing Tax Reconciliation, VAT & WHT Equalization.Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Having Professional certifications such as Certified Tax Consultant (USKP A & B) is a plus, or minimum tax-related education certifications (Brevet A & B).
  • Good communication skill to liaise with External Stakeholders such as Account Representative in Tax Office, Independent External Auditor, and others.
  • Demonstrate track record to create good collaboration with Internal Stakeholder such as Finance & Accounting Team, Legal Team, Business & Sales Team, etc.
  • Able to work either as a team with peers or working alone without any subordinate.
  • Willing to travel to Cikarang Plant and Batam Plant if required.
  • Willing to work with tight deadline to meet the schedule that stipulated by Tax Law and Regulation for Tax Payment ,Tax Filing ,and willing to work overnight if required.
