Job description:
- Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper assembly, use, and handling of the Formwork products
- Provide on-site supervision and support during the initial setup and assembly their Formwork products, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements
- Act as a technical troubleshooter, addressing issues or challenges encountered on site
- Coordinate with engineering department to relay feedback from the field
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders
- Monitor material delivery and inventory levels at the job site, coordinating with logistics
- Prepare detailed reports documenting site activities, training sessions conducted, and any incidents or observations
Fast paced working environment |Well established company with projects across the country
- Minimum Diploma or Vocational School degree
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience working on sites involving formwork
- Basic IT skills to handle computer and smartphone tasks related to the job
- Reliable, meticulous, and detail-oriented in approach
- Proficient in simple presentation skills to effectively convey information
- Possesses an open-minded personality with ample cultural awareness, facilitating smooth interactions with diverse teams and clients
- Fluency in English
